Calling is pointless. You’ll have to talk to an AI assistant who is not helpful and won’t transfer you to a human.
Not my favorite spot. Seems difficult to find what I'm there for most of the time if I have to go there.
This particular CVS pharmacy is very efficient. The staff understands refill request and routinely prepares the Rx very quickly without any hesitation. The new key pad checkin works without glitches - unlike the CVS telephone virtual assistant who is a disaster.
