This particular CVS pharmacy is very efficient. The staff understands refill request and routinely prepares the Rx very quickly without any hesitation. The new key pad checkin works without glitches - unlike the CVS telephone virtual assistant who is a disaster.

It's ridiculous that they close in the middle of the day for lunch. Stupid policy. Need to schedule personnel better. And the person at the counter was very rude about it
