Horrible CVS! I'm giving it a one star only because I have no other option! Pharmacy employee Krysta's customer service is awful. She was super rude to me for absolutely no reason! I went to the drive-thru to pick up my prescription and when I got to the window after waiting 20 minutes, Krysta glared at me and rather curtly said, "date of birth." Very helpful, fast, and answered all my questions
I visited the store and found that the over-the-counter medicine was locked up. When I requested assistance, the manager was dismissive and unprofessional. The manager walked away without offering any help, and showed a lack of concern for customer service. The manager even told me to go to a different store as he walked away.
