Horrible CVS! I'm giving it a one star only because I have no other option! Pharmacy employee Krysta's customer service is awful. She was super rude to me for absolutely no reason! I went to the drive-thru to pick up my prescription and when I got to the window after waiting 20 minutes, Krysta glared at me and rather curtly said, "date of birth." There was no "Hi, how can I help you today?" or "Hello, picking up?" I then asked what prescriptions I was picking up, and instead of kindly telling me the prescription names, she s... read more
