My old pharmacy shut down. I got to speak to a person. Now I have to deal with a defunct Ai. Ai service is garbage and frustrating. The human staff are helpful. I hate the AI assistant.

I went there for Celsius there was a 2 for 5 deal there was simply Canadian dring for the same sale I brought both up to ask if the sale was a mix and match sale when I went to the register there was no hello or hi how are you there was what's your phone number I gave it to him he had a shitty attitude towards me for some reason when I asked if the sale item were a mix and match his response was you dont have a membership I said can I sign up he said he needs my driver's license and needed 10 to 15 minutes I said no thanks c... read more

I posted this review over a year ago and it is STILL true. the store is lovely, the inventory is plenty and displayed in good condition. HOWEVER, except for 2 people, the PHARMACY personnel are not kind and seem to go out of their way to take out their bad day on the customer. I wish they were able to learn that wanting to help people from their heart will actually make everyone, especially themselves, feel better. 7/25/26, CVS is now making the customer use the computer and perform all staff functions, which amounts to free... read more

CVS on Broad Street Marigold Center is my Pharmacy of choice because of the staff professionalism and friendliness. Only wish they had more staff to address the occasional long lines
