CVS 305 Main Street Holbrook ny pharmacy was very helpful
Never had a problem with them before. They gave me the first shot of vaccine series a few months ago. I was not told it was a two shot series. They informed me the last time I was there that I still needed a second one. I returned today for it and they refused to give it to me because I had birthday two weeks ago and now I'm "too old". So I now have an incomplete vaccine series that they started but refuse to finish. Edit: As you can see from the response, they asked me to email them.
