I went to this CVS pharmacy today. I didn’t have my prescription card & only my insurance card. The pharmacist, Shelby, went above & beyond to make sure I was able to get my prescriptions. She stayed on the phone with Caremark for over 10 mins & fought to make sure they provided the correct info needed for me to get my prescriptions. All this while they were just about to close at 7pm. Thank you, Shelby!
