Sick of dealing with recordings! Trying to get pharmacy staff on the phone is impossible! Transferring medications with CVS SUCKS! I will say, when you go in and get to talk to staff they are super friendly and helpful with getting things done. CVS, please do something with the recordings so that they actually get something accomplished and make it easier to talk to staff!
they really bent over backwards to make sure I had my medicine. I ran out when I was down in Florida and they really went out of the way to call my pharmacy up in Chicago to get my medicines down here so that I had enough.
Have a Single Care prescription card that CVS should honor, but RASHID (pharmacist) said the card had expired. Single Care cards do not expire. CVS does not want to give people the discount even though the price is $149 vs. $259. RASHID lied and was very rude in regards to the transaction. Another company not there for the American people!
