Prescription was ready within an hour of the doctor prescribing it. Text message confirmed they received the prescription order. Text message confirmed prescription was ready. I will say that the app is not useful if you download it for the first time after submitting a prescription, as it could take hours to populate for new users (Doesn't affect the location's review). Sick of dealing with recordings! Trying to get pharmacy staff on the phone is impossible! Transferring medications with CVS SUCKS! I will say, when you go in and get to talk to staff they are super friendly and helpful with getting things done. CVS, please do something with the recordings so that they actually get something accomplished and make it easier to talk to staff!
they really bent over backwards to make sure I had my medicine. I ran out when I was down in Florida and they really went out of the way to call my pharmacy up in Chicago to get my medicines down here so that I had enough.
