Lines were unusually long both in the drive thru and inside at the counter. But there was staff that began assisting others. All the registers were opened to wait on customers.
Im in from out of town and needed medication refilled. When I called in the morning they said they had it in stock in house and it would be ready in a few hours. I drove an hour to get to the location only to be told it wouldn’t be stocked until Monday. They even told me that there was no one working by the name that I had spoken to, but in my call log it was the same location. This location seems disorganized and unfortunately, I have wasted gas and an hours drive only to be turned away. So frustrating! I don’t recommend.
Pat was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to help out and take care of a transfer of a prescription and I could not appreciate her more. 10/10
