This is my favorite CVS. The pharmacy plus the other employees are fabulous and helpful.
Terrible experience. Had a doctors appointment for my infant at 2pm. Medicine was sent in for ear infection shortly after. I go in at 6:30pm to pick it up. Note on the window says “come inside” I go inside and wait behind 6 other people for about 20 minutes. Go figure, meds not ready. Go back at 7:50pm, meds supposedly ready. Get home and they didn’t even mix the medicine. Not our first problem with this pharmacy but this is the last straw. Absolutely ridiculous.
Let me start this out by saying Read through the reviews on here and notice that the owner will comment and respond to all the "good reviews" but every review where people are unhappy it's crickets! Simply reading down through them I'm realizing I shouldn't be surprised at the way I was treated, it seems to be the way they do business!
