I always receive a warm welcome with a team member willing to help me. Even the pharmacist is helpful and friendly. I love my CVS team! They really care about their customers.
My insurance wants me to use CVS, so I had my oncologist send my prescriptions here. I called Friday morning, first time using them and they tell me they don't have my meds, that they MIGHT have it Monday. I need the meds beforehand in order for me to have my chemo and my chemo was for Monday 830am at the medical center, so they definitely let me down.
