Had a script due for refill on June 3rd. My doctor and myself called several times and the pharmacy continued to claim the insurance would not let them release the medication and it would be ready soon. Today I followed up with the insurance company, and they said that the pharmacy claimed they filled my script on the 3rd. I called the pharmacy and they told me the insurance wouldn’t let them fill it yet. I am leaving for vacation today, and by the time I come back it will be a month without my medication.
