Best pharmacy I've ever used. Super easy to refill meds online, always helpful and a nice fast drive thru wait times!
I have been a customer at this pharmacy for over 20 years, but the customer service has significantly declined. Staff including the manager have been quick to place blame, and provide excuses rather than simply apologizing for any inconvenience caused. Communication has been poor and staff give conflicting information. Unfortunately, the overall experience feels increasingly unprofessional over the last year and staff are lacking in empathy.
