White St. CVS. Long lines, many staff at the pharmacy but none willing to come over and help. The heat was on so high I felt as if I were in a sauna. Very uncomfortable. 3 months in a row shorted my medication so I have to make a second trip there to pick up the remaining amount. It's ridiculous. What happened to good/kind customer service? Everyone seems to have a bad attitude no communication. Told me they have the full amount of my prescription after I pick it up I read that it was a 19 day supply out of a 28 day script. ... read more

One staff gave me attitude on listened to me fully. But don’t need the attitude. Need some coaching.
Staff here has always been really nice <3
The staff is great but I hate the new touch screens. God knows what the people who used the screen before were sick with, and now their germs are on my fingers. I used to use my little finger to "sign" but it's not strong enough for these somewhat unresponsive screens. A bad idea, CVS.
