I called to ask about transferring a prescription from another pharmacy. Before even asking which medication I needed, the pharmacist told me they didn’t have it. When I questioned how she could know that without knowing which medication I was referring to, she changed her explanation, saying they had a backlog of transfers and that it would take several days. She then said, “We’ll get to it when we can.”
Employees were very pleasant and helpful. Always a wonderful experience when I visit this pharmacy. Thank you!
the pharmacist is so god awful i literally left her a handwritten note of how rude she was!!! do not come here!! i wish i could give half a star!
