If I had a zero star option that would be too many stars…The worst pharmacy I have ever used. Transferred my prescriptions to here and the rudest and most apathetic and insensitive person was working the counter at your Outer Loop location in Louisville, KY today. Was told I needed to wait to get my insurance reran and it would take 5-10 mins and after 39 mins of waiting I still could not get my prescriptions that were ready and sitting in a basket picked up. I didn't have a good experience today. My doctor sent over 2 prescriptions and 2 days to after and I only have 1. I have reported to my doctor as well. I doubt I will return there
