Always fast and friendly service.
Terrible service from the pharmacist, Y. Patel. She was condescending, rude, and very difficult to understand when I asked questions about my medication. Dealing with prescriptions requires patience and clear communication, not attitude and making customers feel like a burden. What an unprofessional experience! I will not be returning.
I’m pretty happy with this pharmacy compared to the one I came from several months ago. The wait times are way less here and you can actually talk to someone on the phone about a prescription. I will say that there have been a couple of people who weren’t very friendly and sorta rude. I’m sorry you dislike your job but don’t take it out on the customers. But, also some very friendly ones too.
Pharmacy is not helpful, what is prescription it refilled and approved from the insurance they don't know if other insurance company you have to do it yourself
