Pharmacy is not helpful, what is prescription it refilled and approved from the insurance they don't know if other insurance company you have to do it yourself

If I had a zero star option that would be too many stars…The worst pharmacy I have ever used. Transferred my prescriptions to here and the rudest and most apathetic and insensitive person was working the counter at your Outer Loop location in Louisville, KY today. Was told I needed to wait to get my insurance reran and it would take 5-10 mins and after 39 mins of waiting I still could not get my prescriptions that were ready and sitting in a basket picked up.
