Stopped using CVS pharmacy about six months ago and started just using Walmart pharmacy across the street which is 10 times better than the CVS. Would recommend them before CVS 100%!! I had a medicine that I have been waiting for all day. I called and they told me to come after six and then I come after six just for them to tell me that they can't fill the medicine because they haven't had it for over two years, but I literally called them and asked them on the phone before I waited all day before my doctors office closed! n... read more
Can I leave ZERO stars?? CVS 485 Old Franklin TPKE , Rocky Mount, VA- Two of the most unprofessional employees need to be fired! These two pharmacy technicians are just plain rude and argue with me every single month. One "lady" even announced to line of people that medicaid doesn't cover weight loss drugs. I quietly explained that I don't take weight loss drugs, I am diabetic. She actually rolled her eyes at me!! When I complained in person, the Pharmacist apologized and stated she was aware of it!!
