Takes far too long to get service at the drive thru. Customers seek quick and friendly service, especially at the drive thru window. That is not what is delieered at this location. They don't answer phones and lost my dog's RX!
I made my appointment online, and when I arrived ten minutes early, the computer wouldn't let me enter my name. I explained this to the doctor, but she didn't care; she let someone else in even though I had been waiting longer. I’m never going back to that clinic—it’s the worst.
