I had a very disappointing experience with Miranda and another male employee working at this CVS branch (UPS Access Point) on July 3, 2026, at approximately 11:00 a.m. ET. My package was marked as delivered to this location on July 2. Both Miranda and UPS customer service confirmed that their system showed the package had been delivered there.
