The cvs inability to call the pharmacy to fix their mistakes makes fixing problems impossible. You go to voicemail, but of course never are available when they call back, so they took a bad system and made it worse.
The staff here are usually friendly and helpful, which makes my visits pleasant. However, I've noticed that the wait times at the pharmacy can be a bit long, especially during peak hours. Overall, it's a decent place to pick up what I need, but some improvements in service speed would be appreciated.
Great pharmacy, text updates.. dangerous place to spend money as they stock a lot of cool items inside lol
There are a few helpful people there, but most of them don't care about their job. They expect you to understand how their system works internally to get your medication. I have had COUNTLESS issues with this pharmacy in particular. Way better experience at other CVS pharmacies.
