Overall, the vast majority of the team consistently provides exceptional service. It is regrettable that more pharmacies do not attend to the public in the exemplary manner that the La Sierra team consistently demonstrates. The only negative, besides one unpleasant gentleman, is the need for more staff to help with the busy workload and I appreciate the staff who multitasking extremely well under their excessive workload.
