This CVS has great customer service !! Whether you shop in the store or go to their fabulous pharmacy they are top notch.
I don’t understand why the associates at your store are so rude. At least 7 out 10 times that you visit this location you are met by a person at the drive thru that really needs to find another job because dealing with customers is not their strong suit. They can’t even say thank you after you complete your transaction it’s ridiculous. I know people have bad days but these people are having a bad day 70% of the time. It’s really sad to be treated like that by someone that contributes to making their pay check possible.
I strongly do not recommend drive thru, we waited a few minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there; no one was in front of us. The lady said she would be right back in a minute, we waited 10 minutes and no one ever came back so we left.
