I went to make some photocopies—and I even asked politely—but the attendant who was working on Wednesday morning refused to assist me. Shortly thereafter, another young woman arrived to get a passport photo taken, and he took her picture instead. Their customer service is abysmal. The attendant has Indian features—and I’m not saying that everyone of that background is like this gentleman—but people like him simply shouldn't be working in customer service unless they receive proper training and adopt a better attitude.
