Every time I go to the CVS on Dulles / Cartwright, I am greeted by the staff in a friendly way. Among those who have assisted me include Kathy, who normally works the pickup window, but when no one is there, she comes right to the counter to assist; Mike, who usually is very busy filling orders, comes out to the counter to assist as he did today (1/22), and special special call-out to your manager, Ayman, who, without his knowledge, customer service expertise and guidance for the rest of the team, I would be going to a diffe... read more

I have been a shopper of CVS for the last or better part of about 12 yrs. I have always had pretty decent service with them. Until I can across this Dulles location as I came in sick to get my medicine I let them know I received a note that i needed to update my insurance. He already had medications at the counter he tells me to return after lunch once I had my updated insurance which I told him I have it on my phone I just need to open it up. So he has me get out of line and I pulled it up and got back in line just for him ... read more
