The worse experience I have had yet at this CVS. I went to the drive through window to pickup my Rx and got behind an black Acura MDX and waited and waited while she and the pharmacy tech laughed and talked for 20 straight minutes. Finally I tooted my horn once to alert them that there were other customers waiting and the woman in the car rolled her eyes, looked back and said something to the pharmacy tech. Use coupons. Prices are high, but the coupons make it affordable
10/10 pharmacy experience. Not only are they a 24-hour pharmacy (I didn't know that at the time), but the pharmacy staff are super helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. The pharmacist even took time to look online for a manufacturer coupon, saving me $65! That's excellent customer service.
CVS has put in touch screen 'check in' kiosks for the pharmacy counter. This seems crazy. It wasn't clean and it's a PHARMACY counter. I don't want to touch a screen that someone who is ill touched before me, especially as this one was not clean. Do better CVS.
