You cant talk to anyone in the pharmacy by phone call. Its an automated system that expects you to leave a message. Also why does this place close at 7? Hard to grab a prescription as a working adult.
In Skippack, we do not have a grocery store! When CVS came into town several years ago, we were thrilled! My visit today, as usual, was very pleasant, everyone was helpful, the products I needed were stocked, and my pharmacy order was prepared! The pharmacy tech also came out and helped me find a vitamin in the store. I left my phone behind in the counter, and when I called to see if someone had found it, the gal at the front desk was very helpful and brought it to the front so I could pick it up. Rude pharmacy Staff, not helpfull and extremely dismissive with my concerns
The experience with picking up two prescriptions was very good. I was, however, disappointed as an ExtraCare member that they would not deliver because my insurance covered the full price and there was $0 due.
