The pharmacists did overturn my message two months in a row after I asked my scripts to be filled early
I attempted getting recent OTC prescription informatiotn (quit smoking) by calling published store phone number. No go. After multiple attempts to reach ANYBODY from the scripted AI auto attendant recording I was eventually disconncted from the voicemail prompt that was finally offered. When I finally did connect with a human store representative, Is was told hundreds of calls come in daily and a voicemail must be initiated to be called back in the call order received.
