The phone system is totally non functional.
The CVS telephone ordering system does not work. After trying to place an order for 20 minutes I finally chose to place my reorder via their website. When i arrived at the pharmacy the order was in the system but had not been pushed to fulfillment. I waited on a line to find out that my prescription was not ready, then waited on another line to get the order process, then waited 20 minutes for the order, then waited on line to pay.
