Mark in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me get my allergy meds, he was very kind and helpful.
I lost my eye drops and my pharmacy in Bethesda processed a replacement coordinated with insurance to get it paid and call me back with the good news. As I was in NYC that CVS was able to give me the drops in less than 10 minutes. It pays to have a nationwide computerized system.!
It is almost impossible to reach a human on the phone to ask about pharmacy related issues. This is very unfortunate and terrible customer service. Sad.
I had my first prescription sent to this branch and was apprehensive because of some negative reviews. It was so professionally handled i was amazingly surprised and delighted. The medicine was delivered less than an hour from my request for delivery. Thank you CVS for restoring our faith in our drugstores. I give you 7 stars for this order. Please keep up the good work.
