Used the AutoRefill feature a month in advance and they only filled half my meds. I had to go to the desk to refill the rest. They told me to come back in an hour: They were closed for lunch an hour later and I had to wait another twenty minutes.
The pharmacy staff was particularly helpful, especially Ms. Tran. We really appreciated their straightening out a complicated situation.
Hands down this is the worst CVS in my area of Oceanside. They should really update the branch with new carpets at least because it feels like your walking into a 1980's Walgreens pharmacy when you come through the door. Also the clinical staff is consistently condescending, arrogant, and borderline passive aggressive when speaking to patient customers. I arrived without any acknowledgment and when the girl with the black scrubs approached me, she didn’t even greet me, let alone say anything during my prescription pickup. She was making faces and showed no customer service whatsoever!!!
The newer staff is very rude except for Ana. Calling the pharmacy is like pulling teeth. After more than 10 years of using CVS Im done.
