Staff friendly and helpful. Store large and clean. Plenty of parking. A variety of goods to choose from
Due to unusual circumstances I had to have my Kaiser prescription transferred to CVS in Oceanside (near Hwy 76). This was not easily accomplished. Pharmacy technician Brieanna was extremely helpful and resolved my problem with expertise. Thank you, Brieanna!
Used the AutoRefill feature a month in advance and they only filled half my meds. I had to go to the desk to refill the rest. They told me to come back in an hour: They were closed for lunch an hour later and I had to wait another twenty minutes.
The pharmacy staff was particularly helpful, especially Ms. Tran. We really appreciated their straightening out a complicated situation.
Hands down this is the worst CVS in my area of Oceanside. They should really update the branch with new carpets at least because it feels like your walking into a 1980's Walgreens pharmacy when you come through the door. Also the clinical staff is consistently condescending, arrogant, and borderline passive aggressive when speaking to patient customers.
