Kate was very professional, caring understanding. I wanted to pick up a prescription. She made sure the farmers that spoke to me. And she came back to finish up, and then she turned around and mentioned about getting a flu shot. And I was able to get the flu shot right there. And then I appreciate kate's professionalism, carrying understanding it made me feel very comfortable that she was concerned to make sure that I got my flu shot because flu season was coming

Due to unusual circumstances I had to have my Kaiser prescription transferred to CVS in Oceanside (near Hwy 76). This was not easily accomplished. Pharmacy technician Brieanna was extremely helpful and resolved my problem with expertise. Thank you, Brieanna!

Used the AutoRefill feature a month in advance and they only filled half my meds. I had to go to the desk to refill the rest. They told me to come back in an hour: They were closed for lunch an hour later and I had to wait another twenty minutes.

The pharmacy staff was particularly helpful, especially Ms. Tran. We really appreciated their straightening out a complicated situation.
