Can’t get your child’s medicine when they close early every day. Some parents work until 6:30 PM and then it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get there. When you get there before 7 o’clock, they are closed. When you inquire if they close early every day, the technician’s exact words were “yes we close early every day“. I got there at 6:55 PM. I know that’s pushing it but the hours state that they’re open until 7 PM. Now my son does not get his medicine today.
CVS has made it ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a person!! This is absolute nonsense! Not everything can be done online!
You can’t speak to an actual person. Staff is incompetent.
