The pharmacy tech Hannah is amazing! Very friendly and so helpful. Thr pharmacist Thomas is lazy and doesnt want to do his job or help at all.
I have had so many issues with this CVS and the company as a whole that I switched to Walgreens. It’s impossible to connect with an actual person when contacting customer service, all of it is automated. I’ve called ahead to verify if my prescription is ready, but when I get there, it’s never actually ready. They tell me it’s easier if I use the app, it will not let me view my prescriptions and there is no customer service to help troubleshoot this problem. EDIT 2025: Unfortunately, I need to amend my review a bit. Recently, I noticed that CVS went to a system that I have to leave a phone message rather than talk with someone when I call. I understand that this may benefit them when they're busy, but it's not always convenient for the customer, often a sick person, it have to be available for a callback or maybe even miss the callback. This location is far superior to other CVS stores I've used locally. Nice people, pharmacists are very pleasant and have always been helpful to me.
