I had a very uncomfortable experience at this CVS pharmacy recently involving an employee named Evelyn. From the beginning of the interaction, the communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. After I completed my prescription pickup and walked away from the counter, I returned moments later to find the employee laughing immediately following our interaction, which felt humiliating given the sensitive nature of pharmacy transactions.
