Heather in the pharmacy is the absolute best. Always on top of your needs. Terri out on floor, is amazing also. I've been coming to this store for almost 8 years and both ladies are the ones that care, help, answer questions, etc.
My experience at CVS Pharmacy has been mostly positive. My last visit I did wait in line for a bit. Once I got to the window I had a positive experience just like every other visit. The wait was shorter than I would have waited at a nearby local competitor that happens to be across the road. I love holding up my phone and they scan it and I get my prescription. I'm also able to use the payment on file. It's a great service. I appreciate everything that goes into making that possible.

I’m not a fan of all CVS pharmacies. You cannot speak to a person without leaving a voicemail and waiting for them to call you back. It’s ridiculous that you cannot speak to someone in the pharmacy on your time, whatever questions you have must be answered on CVS Pharmacy time. The only reason I use this, or any CVS Pharmacy, is because it’s the only place that accepts my insurance. Otherwise I would take my prescription business elsewhere.
