I’m not a fan of all CVS pharmacies. You cannot speak to a person without leaving a voicemail and waiting for them to call you back. It’s ridiculous that you cannot speak to someone in the pharmacy on your time, whatever questions you have must be answered on CVS Pharmacy time. The only reason I use this, or any CVS Pharmacy, is because it’s the only place that accepts my insurance. Otherwise I would take my prescription business elsewhere. When you receive a text saying your three prescriptions are filled and ready for pick up, you go to the drive thru and ONLY ONE is filled, and the SAME THING HAPPENED for the PAST SEVERAL MONTHS. You are told to call in the day before you're going to pick them up and tell them you are coming in tomorrow. WHY, you got the text saying they are done and waiting for you.
