kind polite and professional went out of there way to take care of me
Over the last 5 days I have experienced 3 different occasions of racism from the boardman location. I was refused service after the pharmacist made an error filling our Prescriptions. I called 1800-shopCVS on July 9th 2026 and was advised that I would receive a call back in 48 hours, however no one has reached out!
The full service window, isn’t full service they treat it more like a pick up, they won’t help you if you have a new card. I have two kids in the car and I had to fight with them to help me in the “full service” window.
Heather in the pharmacy is the absolute best. Always on top of your needs. Terri out on floor, is amazing also. I've been coming to this store for almost 8 years and both ladies are the ones that care, help, answer questions, etc.
