I’ve never been spoken too so rudely by a pharmacist and then hung up on, multiple times, while trying to figure out why a critical prescription wasn’t being filled. They lied to me about trying to contact my doctor as I was sitting in the office and know the doctor and his PA were both trying to help with getting issues resolved. Even they said this particular CVS was a nightmare to deal with. I've been shopping and using this particular CVS as my pharmacy for 30 years. I've seen representatives come and go. They are hard working, and adapt to the constraints upper management allows. Even with the constant changes with the company and government, I am pleased with the service I receive!! I am grateful for the staff at CVS Mason Road. No matter where you shop today, pack your patience. We need to work together.

Incredibly slow and unprofessional. They texted me to let me know both of my Rx's are ready. After getting there and waiting in a 30+ min line and then payed, they then had the nerve to tell me it wasn't ready and to get back in the end of the line. What a bunch of clowns.
