Your new automated phone system IS TERRRIBLE. when you try connect to the pharmacy to speak to an actual HUMAN - it just hangs up
My oncologist said that I should stop taking my estrogen viginal inserts due to my breast cancer. I brought 2 unused packages back tp CVS to get a refund. They said they could not take it back. That is $140 that I could not get back from CVS, yet I was told to drop off the 2 boxes into the receptacle box. Now CVS can resell these unused prescription feminine inserts, but I am out $140 and CVS gets double the value of the product.
Very fast and efficient getting urgent Rx filled.
Pharmacist Justin and the 2 young ladies on duty were so helpful in getting my prescription filled…and quickly so I was able to pick up before the pharmacy closed. Thanks so much!
Pharmacy staff rude and lazy. I will no longer be a CVS customer
