I have never understood why anyone would want to work customer service if you clearly can't provide decent customer service. I went to the pharmacy drive thru last night and let me tell you...the little girl at the window was an embarrassment to cvs. Very unpleasant, unhelpful and major attitude. It's pathetic they all in pharmacy think that's okay! Oh well good thing there are many more pharmacies to choose from huh?
