Worst pharmacy experience every time. The service is consistently horrible and inefficient. On my last visit, they even gave me someone else’s prescription — a serious and unacceptable mistake. They’re also really good at closing the gate right after you’ve waited 20 minutes in line, just so they can go to lunch. It amazes me that any company would hire people like this, especially when there dealing with medications.
Very few employees to open shelves, pharmacy lines are very long, frequently only one person for check out at pharmacy
This is the best CVS Pharmacy in the Bay Area.These people are serious are providing superior customer service and having the prescriptions that you need in stock.
Our pharmacist, Babak, is a true professional. He has gotten to know our family’s needs and has solved numerous “supply chain” issues by getting us the prescriptions we needed. He also knows the ins and outs of getting medications covered. 5 Stars all day everyday for Babak!
