The issue with cvs is not the pharmacy. If you need something like face cleanser from a locked shelf it takes forever to get help. This is most likely due to the fact that the self check kiosk constantly need help by a staff member. No one is available to check you at at a cash register. I hate shopping at cvs for that reason.

Very professional and polite. Also personable it makes a difference.
Worst pharmacy experience every time. The service is consistently horrible and inefficient. On my last visit, they even gave me someone else’s prescription — a serious and unacceptable mistake. They’re also really good at closing the gate right after you’ve waited 20 minutes in line, just so they can go to lunch. It amazes me that any company would hire people like this, especially when there dealing with medications.
Very few employees to open shelves, pharmacy lines are very long, frequently only one person for check out at pharmacy
