New CVS touch screens are ridiculous & unsanitary. CVS is a pharmacy & there was no sanitizer & no one wipes the screens between customers. These large screens are likely visible to others behind & passing by. They have us standing right next to other customers who are also entering info on screens in a setting I must assume has sick people. Did they not teach them about communicable & infectious diseases? And there stand the pharmacy clerks doing nothing, just watching & waiting while we slowly type our names & DOB's in. Th... read more
Impersonal and unable and unwilling to help. It is not what it used to be even a month ago. Constant changes to make more profit by reducing service and increasing price.
Josh is incredibly rude. Anytime I’ve had an encounter with him he’s been rude. Not helpful. Walks around with a chip on his shoulder. Yhe latest incident is me calling regarding photos not sending from my phone and he could tell me anything. No photo orders came in today he said and he didn’t find it weird. He then said “I have a customer, bye” and put me on hold. I hung up after holding for 10 minutes. Awful employee
