There are only 3 good people that work at the pharmacy here. Lord help you if they are off. Everyone else makes a priority of wasting your time.
The majority of the people working in this pharmacy are so rude. They’ll leave you waiting mid-check out without even bothering to speak to you or tell you why. They could use some training in customer service (or even just basic human dignity).
COVID vaccination was easy to schedule and the staff was courteous efficient.
Whitney went above and beyond to issue a prescription for my Dog Duke. Thank-you for your professional assistance and kindness.
Kevin helped me yesterday with refilling a prescription. He was quick to get it processed and the took me right away once it had been completed. This is the third time with him helping me. He always gives great customer service. The quality of service has gotten so much better since you have become more staffed. Awesome job!
