I was recently double charged by cvs for an expensive prescription. I have my bank printout and all the details of the transaction. Yet it took me making the I initial call and all follow up calls in order to be reimbursed the 111,00. I have worked in corporate America for 30 yrs. In a executive position. I have always been accountable for all business decisions that I made. Everyone at corporate and store level need to take a course in accountability.
