Pathetic
Very disorganized; for some reason they don’t fill orders when they receive them from a doctor - I had to go to drop off in person so that they could start filling my prescription, then it took 3X as long as they estimated to fill
It should be illegal for a pharmacy or any form of healthcare provider to refuse to take phone calls. When your dealing with peoples important healthcare matters we can’t wait 3 hours for a callback. Update: I already called that number and they filed a complaint with district management because they also tried getting ahold of the pharmacy with me and even they couldn’t after 30 min and trying 4 different numbers. It’s still been over 3 hours with no contact made.
