The technicians are very helpful and great attitude. 5 out of 5. But there is a lady pharmacist who’s responsible for answering questions and calls and stuff. I had one Rx, it was approved by my insurance, but not showing so on the app. So I called, and she was like, yeah it was approved. So she had to change it on the system. I don’t know if it’s CVS’s system’s fault or if she’s just not doing her job. Then the app showed additional information needed from prescriber. Ignoring phone calls is insane. They called me ( about a messsge for my meds) and asked what can I help with and when I informed her that she called me, she hung up. I called back four times because she needs to talk to me about my medication and the first two times she hung up on me without saying anything and the second two times she let the phone ring.
