I genuinely cannot overstate how frustrating and unacceptable my experiences with this pharmacy have been. At this point, it feels less like a healthcare provider and more like an obstacle course between me and medication I need. There is zero communication. Not “poor,” not “inconsistent”none. I’m writing to share a concerning experience with a prescription delivery on January 15, 2026, as I believe it may not align with CVS’s intended customer experience. I'd prefer to share it directly with customer service but the webpage is not easy to navigate. Before the prescription was delivered, the delivery driver texted my personal cell phone asking me to tip him extra, stating that he only made $6 for the delivery. Call service is bad, you only get AI. You can’t talk to a pharmacist. They have to call you back that is the only option. This sucks.
Very clean, quiet atmosphere. Was able to walk right in and get my medications without the wait. ( i use the app ahead of time) The staff was calm, responsible and respectful. Much better experience than Kroger pharmacy. Great location as well. Very high traffic count leads to great business and exposure. Prices are what they are, just live below your means and you will survive much longer and stronger!
