I have been a consumer at this location for years. Recently, maybe about a month or so I feel as though this location atmosphere has changed for the worst. Today, I was using the self check out when I over heard the manger a white male talking on the phone speaking to a consumer in a condescending and unprofessional tone. 4870 Airline drive CVS in Bossier City LA, Most of the time the staff is rude and non-Caring, there is always a shortage of personnel when you go to use the inside pharmacy and the drive through does not close on time.They frequently close early saying they don't have enough staffing to operate during the posted hours.The management need to hire more competent and customer skills oriented people that want to work otherwise, people will start going to Walmart and other pharmacies. Due to the long lines and rude personnel.
