CVS on Garrett Rd is the best pharmacy in Durham! Their attitudes are always pleasant even when customers are not and they continue to serve with kindness and grace. You should switch pharmacies if you don’t get that service where you have your prescriptions.
I have been having increasingly unpleasant experiences with both the staff who check me out at the pharmacy and with the new app they are imposing on their customers. Staff seem uninterested in either being helpful or pleasant and the new checkout process is painful. They seem to want to pass along to the customer most of the burden of checking out, and the interactive screens are not particularly intuitive. I would recommend using another pharmacy if at all feasible and I will be looking to make a change myself.
Rude.
They gave me HALF of my prescription, which has a number of potential implications for me personally. But outside of that, a pharmacy that screws up to THAT extent should be notable for everyone.
