The pharmacy associate was very rude. She really needs to work on her customer service skills. She never asked for my CVS extracare card or phone number before charging my credit card and when I asked her if she could apply my phone she said, no it's too late and closed the drive through window. I guess its my fault for not realizing that she didn't ask for my phone number before she took my payment.
