had such a great experience at this CVS! The pharmacist Dr. James and the pharmacy technician Chaka were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I had exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares, but they went above and beyond. This is not the closest CVS to my home, but I decided to transfer all my prescriptions to this wonderful CVS. Thank you for the outstanding customer service — it made my day so much easier. Edited to add: They’ve solved their staffing issues, which is great. Some staff are much more helpful / pleasant than others, but generally, a much improved experience as compared to last year. Nov 2024: Service is fine when it’s available… but to have to close a pharmacy on the weekends is unacceptable! This location needs to solve its staffing issues asap! When meds have a “pick up only” parameter, it’s tricky to pick them up when the pharmacy is never open.
It’s nice to have a CVS in the neighborhood!
