I just tried to call the pharmacy here three times. The first time it rang and rang and rang for minutes, someone finally picked up and said "hello". I said "hello, I have a question about a prescription", and then person hung up. I called again and it rang for minutes and then someone picked up and immediately hung up. I called a third time, it rang for minutes and no one picked up.
Great CVS location with friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacy team was professional, processed my prescription quickly, and answered all my questions. Prescription pickup was smooth, although the wait time was a little longer than expected. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I appreciate the convenient hours and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
Called twice and they never mentioned me they didn’t accept my insurance until I got there. Wasted my time, and the person who attended me at the pick up desk was like 🤷♂️ Wouldn’t recommend then based on my limited experience.
Had my pharmacy order transferred here from out of state while I was on vacation. Picked up my order at this CVS location which is conveniently located inside of the Target. Easy to locate and very friendly service, there was no line. Would recommend this location for prescription pickups!
