Second time trying to get a prescription there. The metal security curtain is down, but not sound proof. Maybe they need to have someone fill them in on that. They raid the curtain. Someone dings the window and one of them says, “Geez, don’t they know we just opened...”. Really, I thought that was what y’all were there for. We had been waiting 18 hours for that prescription with my daughter running 103* temp. They will not see my money ever again!!!
I stood second in line for more than 10 minutes, waiting for Marisol to respond to the call to come to the front. When she didn’t show up, after several calls, the cashier canceled the transaction of the person in front of me & said that she would re-ring everything (at least 20 items) and apply the coupons and rewards in such a way that CVS would owe the customer money on a gift card. All of this was taking place while myself & 4 other families, behind me, were waiting to actually make purchases of 1-2 items each family. Ma... read more
Horrible Customer Service. I will not be returning and have made a complaint with corporate.
