I wish they would stop saying that they are preparing it if it’s out of stock. I overheard a pharmacist say that “reading is an essential skill” in response to me coming to pick up my meds last pick up date. Mind you the app said it said it would be ready after 1pm. I got there at 1:10pm and it was not ready. There’s one lady there that is always kind, but the others make you feel bad for needing your medication. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful which is why I can give 3 stars but they’re simply too disorganized. I get multiple calls that scripts are ready for pick up but when I arrive, there is always an issue. Today I went in for a prescription for my son and they couldn’t find it. They then gave me a prescription that I’d already picked up a few days ago. Completely wasted trip...I needed to drop off some UPS packages but found that they don't accept these here, and I can't even use CVS coupons because checkout is only at the front of the Target store where they don't accept them. I only realized this wasn't a free-standing store when I arrived in the area, but I'll make a note about locations inside other stores for future reference. This may be a great pharmacy otherwise but I wasn't able to complete my goal in visiting.
