Always courteous and professional.
I don’t know if they need to hire more people or what but it always takes 24 hrs to get a prescription filled!! I sat on hold waiting to check on a new prescription for 30 minutes!! Their phone disconnected the call!
EVERY SINGLE TIME I have called in my refill it takes 3 different trips before I can actually get my prescription. THREE. They always have an excuse and tell me all they can do is call when it's ready. I will not be making the mistake of using this pharmacy ever agin!!!
