I been using this particular cvs since forever, I’m diabetics and use the Dexcom disk meter to keep track of my sugar, the last 3 disk I bought, first one fine, second one didn’t work kept giving error, eventually it said replace and I did with the 3rd one and worked fine, send message to the pharmacy cause now I’m short for a 10 days disc, and all I get is a “Oh well “ need to wait till is time for your new refill and pay all over again…..and the defective one you sold me??? Nothing we can do, pass the puck….
I have been using CVS since 1985, and I lived CT, RI & MA - in that time I have never known anyone as helpful as your associate Jackie, she’s on the ball, offers solutions to product and always greets you with a smile and is knowledgeable about your buy in the store, always says hello and goodbye, and see you next time she is an asset
