Sam in the Pharmacy has to be the nastiest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I talked to her over the phone and could obviously tell she had no interest in helping me or even talking to me. Unluckily enough I went into CVS and she was the one who “helped” me. Still just as nasty and snotty as she was on the phone. Talked to my dad about it and he said he’d had the exact same experience with her every time he was in there. Very rude management!!! When you get told that they don’t need your business because an employee is hacking and gagging all over you and you request a different employee to wait on you. Total BS. That SOB needs fired yesterday!!! Are you listening Corporate?
