Anytime I drop a RX off here, it’s never on time as promised, even when I allow several hrs and they agree that it will be ready by the . They really need to get a better handle on RX ETAs. It’s a recurrent issue.
Do NOT use this minute clinic! The woman who works here is not only rude but refuses to see patients!! My mom went in today for a horrible ear ache and she refused to see her! She told my mom that 2 people were ahead of her and that she wouldn't be able to see her tonight! My mom said she waited for over 30 mins and no one showed up! Wouldnt take my coupons because my cvs card phone number Didnt match mine. (Ive had my card since high school at least) cost me a saving of around $25 bucks. They stopped taking BCBS anyway, so I now have no reason to return. Goodby CVS, HELLO WALGREENS!
Minute clinic care for my visit was horrible. Left and immediately went to see another clinic in forney to get appropriate care. Also, documentation that I was given had wrong information of symptoms and charting of physial assessment findings was incorrect. She never completed the hands on assessment necessary to even document a negative or positive finding.
Avoid! The pharmacist (Tommy) refused to give my prescriptions saying I had already picked them up 2 days prior. Not sure how that's possible when I got even more text messages today saying to come pick them up. He then accused me of being a druggie because I have 2 prescriptions for muscle relaxers. I had neck surgery and now have 8 screws and a plate holding my neck together with more surgeries coming up.
